Pilates (Puh-Lah-Teez)
The Pilates Method is a series of controlled exercises to enhance flexibility, strengthen muscles, and improve posture while eliminating tension and strain from the joints. It teaches body awareness, and easy graceful flowing movement. The Pilates Method is a safe, exercise system that trains several muscle groups at once in smooth, continuous movements (abdomen mid lower back and hips).
